Welcome to Meridienne Exhibitions. The following are the rules
or "Terms" that govern use of Meridienne Exhibitions Web
site. By using or visiting the Site, you expressly agree to be bound
by these Terms and to follow these Terms and all applicable laws and
regulations governing the Site. Meridienne Exhibitions reserves
the right to change these Terms at any time, effective immediately
upon posting on the Site. Please check this page of the Site periodically.
If you violate these Terms of Use, Meridienne Exhibitions may terminate
your use of this Site, bar you from future use of the Site, cancel
your ticket order, and/or take appropriate legal action against you.
Your
use of this site is subject to the following terms and conditions;
- Once
purchased tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged or refunded unless
the event is cancelled.
- In
the event of the cancellation of any event by Meridienne Exhibitions
only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. Meridienne
Exhibitions will notify purchasers either by phone email or in writing
(using the details provided at the time of ordering) and advise
them to return the tickets to:

- If
an event is moved from its advertised venue and/or the date is changed
tickets already purchased may remain valid should the customer wish
to attend the revised event. If not, Meridienne Exhibitions will
refund the face value of the tickets.
- If
Meridienne Exhibitions is unable to fulfil an order for any reasons
below the customer will be entitled to a full refund.
- Meridienne
Exhibitions despatch your order to the wrong address and cannot
provide replacement tickets
- Meridienne
Exhibitions do not despatch you order and do not arrange for the
tickets to be available for collection
- Meridienne
Exhibitions despatch the wrong order
- Any
other similar circumstances where Meridienne Exhibitions has acted
with negligence or where we may have acted in breach of contract.
- No
duplicate tickets will be issued to replace lost or stolen tickets.
- Customers
are advised to check their purchase on receipt
- It
is the responsibility of the customer to inform Meridienne Exhibitions
of any change of address, contact phone number or email address,
both before and after receipt of goods.
- If
it becomes impractical to post tickets out, due to the proximity
of an event or circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the
right to make tickets available for collection at the venue immediately
prior to the event. Customers will be notified by phone, email or
in writing (using the details provided at the time of ordering)
if this becomes necessary.
By
ordering you agree that the tickets are for the personal use of you
and your party only and will nor be resold or transferred. |
