ORDERING FROM US
- You are deemed to have placed an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the tickets you have ordered.
- Payment shall be made in sterling using credit or debit cards when an order is placed. Payment will be debited from the account given before the despatch of an order.
- In the event of the cancellation of any event by Meridienne Exhibitions Ltd only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. Meridienne Exhibitions Ltd will notify purchasers either by phone, email or in writing (using the details provided at the time of ordering) advising them to return the tickets.
- If an event is moved from its advertised venue and/or the date is changed tickets already purchased may remain valid should the customer wish to attend the revised event. If not, Meridienne Exhibitions Ltd will refund the face value of the tickets.
- Once purchased tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged or refunded unless the event is cancelled.
- If the tickets are returned to Meridienne Exhibitions Ltd as "addressee unknown" we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If Meridienne Exhibitions Ltd is unable to fulfil an order for any reasons below the customer will be entitled to a full refund.
- Meridienne Exhibitions Ltd despatch your order to the wrong address and cannot provide replacement tickets.
- Meridienne Exhibitions Ltd do not despatch your order and do not arrange for the tickets to be available for collection.
- Any other similar circumstances where Meridienne Exhibitions Ltd have acted with negligence or where we may have acted in breach of contract.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Meridienne Exhibitions Ltd of any change of address, contact phone number or email address, both before and after receipt of goods.
All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price. All prices are sterling.
Tickets will be sent to you by post unless we inform you otherwise.
If it becomes impractical to post tickets out, due to the proximity of an event or circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to make tickets available for collection at the venue to purchasers on the door on arrival. Customers will be notified by phone, email or in writing (using the details provided at the time of ordering) if this becomes necessary.
Notices
We suggest you check event details and timings prior to travelling as these may be subject to change. Any complaints relating to any aspect of an event should be made to the Duty Manager at the venue promptly, prior to or during the event. As filming and recording may be carried out at the venue the ticket holder consents to being included in such recordings and the use, reproduction, storage, distribution and broadcasting of such films and recording without payment. Liability
We attempt to ensure that the information available on the web site at any one time is accurate. We do not accept liability for any errors and/or omissions and reserve the right to change any of the information found at this site at any time without notice.
We do not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of or the inability to use the web site or for any tickets purchased from the web site.
We will only be liable for direct loss (save in the case of death or personal injury in respect of which there is no limit) up to a maximum total of the price of the ticket purchased. This liability section only applies to the extent permitted by law.
Jurisdiction
Every purchase you make shall be deemed performed in England. English law shall govern every aspect of contractual agreement concerning purchases made from us.
These terms contain the entire agreement between you and Meridienne Exhibitions Ltd. The invalidity or enforceability of any term shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any of the other terms.
Where there are any inconsistencies between these terms and conditions ("Internet Terms") and those set out on the reverse of the ticket ("Ticket Terms") the Internet Terms will prevail.
Use of this Website
You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of booking, ordering or purchasing tickets are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of tickets. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform us. Confirmation of receipt of your order by e-mail, does not guarantee the ticket sale. Credit card sales will be encrypted.
Service Access
While we endeavour to ensure that this website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
Access to this Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.
Safety & Enjoyment
In accordance with legislation from 1st July 2007, it is an offence to smoke anywhere within the exhibition.
Dogs are not permitted on the premises, with the exception of Assistance Dogs.
Please take care of all personal property brought onto the premises. In the event of property being lost please report to the duty manager.
Vehicle Parking
Vehicles are parked at your own risk and we will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever or howsoever caused or sustained to, by or in respect of any vehicles or their contents.
The Warwickshire Exhibition Centre reserve the right to search the interior, exterior or contents of your vehicle in reasonable circumstances e.g. where there may be a security risk.
The Warwickshire Exhibition Centre reserve the right to move your vehicle in reasonable circumstances e.g. when causing an obstruction or posing a security or safety risk.
Please ensure that your vehicle is locked and valuables are not left inside or in view.
