We are committed to delivering all of our events later in the year and working behind the scenes to ensure their success if the current restrictions are lifted and we can all return to normal. This is a rapidly changing environment, but please be assured we will keep you informed should the situation change via our facebook and website pages.
Thank you for your understanding.
Now in its 23rd year the International Model Boat Show is regarded as one of the leading model marine exhibitions in the country.
Visiting this exhibition is an experience not to be missed. With over 30 clubs showcasing their excellent modelling skills from early warships to cruise liners and modern power boats. They are more than happy to help you get started with your next project and offer you guidance on the best way to do this, or simply chat you about their experiences with model boat making. If you are starting a new project or just finishing one you have already started there will be specialist suppliers who will have those parts you need!
The boat pool allows the club members both novice and experienced to showcase their boats at their best on water. On the boat pool there will be the Children’s hour, this will give the opportunity for children to drive one of the boats on the water themselves.
The Tamiya Truckin arena will also be at this year’s show, providing some great live action of their 1/14 and 1/16 scale radio control model vehicles. The arena will be over 80 metres square so there will be plenty to see.
Advance tickets are available from the 1st April 2020.
Please note there are no cash machine facilities at the venue in 2020.
