THE SHOW FOR THE RAILWAY MODELLER

The 2026 International N Gauge Show took place over the weekend of 12 and 13 September, bringing together railway modellers and enthusiasts for two days dedicated entirely to the world of N Gauge.

As the UK's only exhibition focused exclusively on N Gauge, the show provided a unique opportunity to see the scale represented at its very best. Visitors enjoyed an impressive line-up of more than 25 high-quality layouts from across the UK and Europe, showcasing a wide variety of styles, eras and locations. From finely detailed British scenes to striking international displays, the exhibition offered inspiration for modellers of all abilities.

A strong selection of manufacturers and retailers attended the event, offering everything from the latest locomotives and rolling stock to scenic materials, tools and accessories. The trade support ensured visitors had access to a wide range of products and expert advice throughout the weekend.

The show attracted both experienced railway modellers and those new to the scale. Whether visitors were looking to develop their own layouts, discover new products or simply enjoy a day immersed in the hobby, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

The organisers would like to thank everyone for their support in making the event such a success.

Looking ahead to the 2027 show, enquiries from prospective layouts are welcomed.  These will  be selected based on a combination of factors including style, quality of construction and overall suitability for the show. Practical considerations such as travel mileage, accommodation requirements and, for the larger layouts, any vehicle hire costs, will also form part of the selection process. Those interested in exhibiting in 2027 are encouraged to get in touch for further information.
